With the confidence gained from years of experience, our surgeons and staff embrace new technologies and new approaches to your orthopaedic care. For example, Dr. Ryan Bauman is the only orthopaedic surgeon in the Dayton area to offer the anterior approach to hip replacement in an outpatient setting. This minimally invasive approach from the front of the hip allows for more accurate placement of the hip implant. It spares muscle, resulting in less pain, faster recovery, and virtually no restrictions on post-operative movement.
