How can I pay my bill?
Greater Dayton Surgery Center is committed to personalized care and positive outcomes, as well as convenient and accurate billing services. Please click here to pay your bill online or call our billing department at 937.865.2022 between the hours of 9am and 4:30pm Monday through Friday.
We accept cash, money orders, and all major credit cards. Credit card payments can be submitted by mail, paid over the phone, or online.
Can I set up a payment plan?
Upon receipt of payment from your insurance, any services or portion of services that have not been covered by your insurance plan will be billed to you. We understand that there may be situations that prevent you from paying your full balance upon receipt of our invoice. Please call our office at 937.865.2022 and ask to speak to the billing department to set up a payment plan that suits your needs and individual situation. If your account is over 90 days past due and you do not have a payment arrangement or have not honored your payment arrangement, your account may be turned over to a collection agency.
Does Greater Dayton Surgery Center accept HCAP?
HCAP is a financial assistance program that is accepted by most hospitals, however we do not accept HCAP. If you have a financial hardship, please call our office at 937.535.2200 and ask for our financial assistance application.
